Eternal Existence Is Gifted To All...

Throughout the Bible, including the Old Testament, numerous scriptures testify to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. However, the Book of Romans captures this message comprehensively in what is often called 'The Roman Road'.

• ROMANS 3:10 As it is written "There is no one righteous; not even one"
• ROMANS 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
• ROMANS 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us
• ROMANS 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus Our Lord
• ROMANS 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord", and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
• ROMANS 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

There is nothing magical about this prayer. However, it does contain all of the elements necessary for eternal life if prayed in faith. There was a man in scripture that just said "God be merciful to me a sinner" and we are told that he went home saved and forgiven.

"Heavenly Father, I acknowledge that I am a sinner and seek Your forgiveness. I repent of my sins and I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, who gave His life for my sins and was raised to life by Your power. I place my trust in Him as my Savior and commit to following Him as Lord from this moment onward. Please guide my steps and help me to fulfill Your will. I offer this prayer in Jesus' name. Amen."
